Women Entrepreneurship

TV reality on femmeacœ is

One reality: the low number of women managers or business creators from a modest social background.

This reality is particularly acute in priority areas of city policy. The reasons for this situation are identified: lack of support from those around them, inhibition, self-limitation, economic difficulties.

It is undoubtedly a form of economic violence which is played out on women, on their families, on bodies and minds, which reduces to the powerlessness of those carrying projects and sometimes pushes them to give up.

Our project aims to support the emergence of cultural ease in the world of business creation for these women.

It aims to support them in their economic autonomy by strengthening their social and cultural ease by raising awareness and acquiring cultural knowledge, and by creating mutual aid networks. The objective is to allow these women an easier and less stigmatizing, even intimidating, integration into the social and cultural environment of business creation and frequentation of professional networks.

Our approach will mobilize professionals in setting up business projects, marketing, coaching and communication on social networks.

TARGET AUDIENCE

  • Women living in political districts of the city of North-East Paris (17-18-19), even 93
  • Women in the process of creating a business or micro-activity with projects already identified and advanced. The participants will be targeted in the public of Pôle emploi, associations supporting local economic activity.


  • The workshops and meetings are open to women aged 18 to 55.
  • The sessions will welcome 5 to 10 women.
  • Contact and support are underway with associations (Citéslab, Positive Planet, Ile de Monde), Simplon association, Pôle emploi, etc.

Organization

The interventions revolve around indoor workshops and real life situations in the city (participation in entrepreneurs' meetings, trade fair etc.) with the aim of strengthening self-confidence and the acquisition of cultural keys of the world of creation and economic exchange.

The method will be multidisciplinary and transversal and will call on decompartmentalized skills. Method of organization, manager's marketing, coaching. The goal is to work on the social legitimacy of creators.

  1. Let's get acquainted: assessment of the project / reminder of the principles of creation and environment of business creation.
  2. Looking for business: build your entrepreneurial image and business history.
  3. Choose these digital and marketing tools / build your story telling / understand and maintain the relationship with your customers.
  4. Participation in a scenario: card exchange, speed presentation / construction of a clear and simple speech.
